The voting process is closed since 31st December. Thank you very much for your collaboration.
On this page, you can vote for blogs of the individual category only (to view the blogs submitted for the institutional category, click here). We received 70 blogs in this category in total. The 36 blogs presented below are a first selection of entries that met minimal quality requirements. For example, we could not accept blogs that didn’t focus enough on agriculture and rural development topics, or blogs that only had a few posts published (less than 5 posts).
How to vote
Blogs are sorted below in alphabetical order. Take your time to visit as many blogs as you want (at least two, but we wish that you visit the maximum); we have no doubt you can find lots of interesting contents! You can click on the image to open the blog. Hover your mouse in the image and you’ll see the title of the blog.
In order to vote, please follow these simple steps:
1. Chose up to 2 blogs (maximum) by clicking on the checkbox
2. Scroll down the page until you find the voting form
3. Fill in the form with the information required
4. Click on the “VOTE!” button... and you’re done!
Important: You can vote only once! Please enter adequately all information required, in particular, your firstname and lastname, the reason why you appreciate the blog(s). Multiple or incomplete votes will be recognized and disqualified.
The voting process will remain open till the 31st December 2011. Don't wait the last moment to vote!
The best 15 blogs that receive most votes will participate in the final selection, which will be made by an independent jury composed of expert in the field of ICTs and Agriculture.
N.B.
About 30% of the entries we received are composed of blogs in French, and we will keep this proportion in the public selection as well, to avoid language biais as more people read/speak English than French. The evaluation by the final judges will not take language into account as they are bilingual.
