Online course: "Innovative Collaboration for Development" on the use of Web. 2.0 tools for development

The CTA/UNITAR/FAO online tutored course entitled: "Innovative Collaboration for Development" on the use of Web. 2.0 tools for development will take place from 4 March to 3 May 2013  (in English and French).

A course to empower development professionals to use social media tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.

Internship Opportunity: Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D) Programme

The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA), an international organization based in Wageningen, The Netherlands, has an opening for an intern for a period of 6 months, renewable only once. The intern will work as a member of the CTA Communications Services Team.

Advanced training on blogs and Web 2.0 for development

To launch ARDYIS, the first two activities designed are the essay writing contest and a training on blogging and web 2.0 for development. The training will be tailored to the level of participants; it will take place at in December 2010 or early in 2011. 30 best entrants to the essay writing competition will be selected to attend it.  The training outputs will be linked to other future activities.

In parallel to the training, a one-day consultative and networking meeting will be organized.

Other training will be organized or supported in the future.
